Our Family Remembers WWl
Our Family Remembers WWI was designed to allow CCGS members the opportunity to share memories of their family and contributions to the Country during the Centennial Event of World War I. It was part of a larger effort for the Celebrating America Program and is representative of the Carroll County Genealogical Society's contribution to this historical remembrance.

CCGS was fortunate to come across some material we would like to share with you. Lieutenant Pat O'Brien a celebrated war hero and former prisoner of war wrote a book and went on tour sharing his story. Here is a link to the flyer for his show seen at the Lyric in Baltimore.
A special thank you to CCGS member Joyce Knell for the Sheet Music and Post Card Images.
